Master of Science in Applied Economics


Admission Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree in economics with good honours. Candidates who do not have a degree in Economics will be considered provided they have a good honours degree in other disciplines and a strong quantitative background. However, such candidates will be required to read a preparatory course in Economics and mathematics at the start of the programme. The fee for each preparatory is Singapore $100. In the admission letter, the candidate will be informed whether the preparatory course is required. 

Relevant working experience will be considered an advantage. 

A good TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English Language Testing Service) score is required if degree is not from an English speaking country.

  • IELTS score of 6.5
